Tracy St Clair BEd (Hons)
Director and Co-Founder of West Chiltington Pioneers Club
Tracy is a professional primary age group teacher with over 23 years experience, with one year spent on exchange in Australia. Her last role before setting up West Chiltington Pioneers Club was as lead learner at Holmbush Primary Academy in Shoreham in various key stage classes.
Tracy has also volunteered as play assistant at the local Thakeham Pre-School and has experience of running Eco Schools committees and obtaining certification, understanding and working with dyslexia, activity planning and head of science.
As a mother of two children who both previously attend West Chiltington Community School her preparation and imaginative activity ideas provide children with a fun and intuitive time promoting development in personality and interests. She is passionate about providing excellent, professional, educational and above all immensely fun experiences at all West Chiltington Pioneers out of school hours clubs.
Charlotte Tullett BA (Hons)
Director and Co-Founder of West Chiltington Pioneers Club
After gaining a BA (hons) in Textile Art, Charlotte went on to complete a PGCE in Primary Education. She holds QTS and has 12 years teaching experience across both Key Stages 1 and 2, within recent years having taught in several local schools, from Reception to Year Six, as a supply teacher.
As a mother to three children, one of whom are currently attends West Chiltington School, she has experience and understanding of pressures on the modern family and how important good quality and secure childcare is to parents. Charlotte is enthusiastic and determined to provide stimulating and healthy environments at West Chiltington Pioneers Clubs with a watch full eye on providing balanced nutritious breakfasts and teas.
